Multi-Cultural Committee

The Multi-Cultural Committee organized by La Paloma staff supports numerous cultures inside and outside of our community. This service exposes clients as well as employees to a variety of cultures and beliefs. This committee, which meets bi-weekly, organizes events to attend and activities to participate in to help promote cultural awareness in our group homes and the community at large. Events are planned at least once a month to highlight a culture and all group home clients and staff are encouraged to attend.
