Grief and Loss Group
The grief and loss group is a bi-weekly support group designated for current and past clients of La Paloma who have experienced the death of a loved one or significant loss in their lives. The support group involves the staff and clients discussing grief related issues through various activities and discussion topics. The group creates a safe environment for clients to freely discuss the emotions and struggles associated with death. The group promotes support from both program staff and fellow peers who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
