Eligible youth are homeless or at-risk for homelessness ages 18 up to 26. Youth in the program are provided with financial assistance, based upon need, toward rental application fees, rental and utility deposits, and a portion of the monthly rent for up to 6 months. Participants are also provided a basic household start up kit, case management, independent living counseling, and an aftercare plan and follow up for six months after exiting the program.
